Store Volunteer Opportunities

After you go through an orientation, you can just come on in to volunteer whenever you'd like and stay for as long as your heart desires! We can really use your help!!!

Store Hours: Monday - Saturday * 8:00am - 5:00pm

Specific Volunteer Need: Office Volunteer updated 4/7/08

We have open office opportunities for volunteers to help answer phones, and schedule pick-ups.
When: Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings and afternoons.
Shifts are in 2-4 hour increments - totally up to you!

Volunteer Opportunities at our store includes:

Customer Service Assistant
- Greet customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Respond to customer questions
- Assist customers in locating and loading materials
- Coordinate with staff to keep shelves stocked
Office Assistance
- Data entry
- Schedule pick up and deliveries
- Answer Phones
- Maintenance
- Help keep store clean and safe
- Assist with arrangement of items
- Price items as they become ‘sales floor ready’
- Test items
- Prepare, stock and display donated materials
