Hillcrest Village - Our anticipated timeline for starting the infrastructure for this project begins in August of 2008. We have the planning in place for the plat, the landscape and locations of the infrastructure. Cottrell Engineering will be contacted to begin on the Public and Private improvements for the property. We are addressing a sewer line early, likely in May before the rest of the infrastructure to prepare for the balance of the project. We are waiting on funding for the infrastructure which we believe will come from FHLB and City of Avondale.
Palmaire Courts - Cottrell Engineering is moving forward with the engineering and reset studios are working on house plans. We are targeting the infrastructure to be laid in June and July, with home construction slated to start at the same time.
Varney Village - El Amor de Cristo - Home construction continues and we hope to be complete by April 26, 2008. The fire gate is being completed and installed.
Cherry Hills - We continue to increase the fill on this lot, raising the property 18-24”. Cottrell Engineering is looking at the SRP Ditch and seeking a solution and looking at the sewer drainage.
Peoria Land - We continue to search for land to purchase.
Johnson Town homes - Building 1 garages should go vertical around April 17. Stem walls be will poured soon for Building 6 garages. With the architect, we will continue working on the plans for buildings 6–9 and 2-4 immediately. Plans for building 10 will begin immediately and will be ready for construction by June.
