The Application Process

As a Habitat for Humanity of the West Valley Homeowner you could:

Pay a mortgage on a home YOU help build and YOU purchase
Live in a brand new home
Spend about $500-$700/month on a 20-30yr, 0% interest mortgage (rates and terms depend on amount family makes, the size of the family, and the size of the home).
Live in a safe community in the West Valley
Have space for your family

The following pre-applications in both English and Spanish can be completed then mailed or brought to HFHWV (9133 NW Grand Avenue/ Peoria, AZ 85345). Families can also call to request a pre-application be mailed to them or stop by the office to pick one up.
